Workforce Development

The Urban League has been in Charlotte since 1979 delivering successful workforce development programs to the community. For its efforts, the League received the "Exemplary Public Interest Contribution (EPIC)" award from the U.S. Department of Labor in 1999.  The national EPIC recognition is an honor, and it validates the League as a quality job skills training provider.
